Representational reflection drawing

Media – pencil, prismacolor, watercolor

Concept: students will create a drawing that utilizes reflections showing representational imagery about themselves or something they feel strongly about.

Goals: Students will understand how to use and apply prismacolor pencils, pencil and watercolor techniques. Students will establish a theme for their drawing and understand that it is important to create artwork that has meaning.

This piece is really cool, I love using prism colors! So much fun and is a very good challenge, excited to see how it will turn out. I am drawling a picture from the Glenn Canyon. Out of all the Canyons I have been to this was the most stunning. I really want to go back, and the reflection in the pool shows what beauty is surrounding the path, it was amazing!
